Princess Cruises announced the introduction of new vegan menus for main dining rooms that will be rolled out across the company’s fleet of 15 ships.

The plant-based cuisine being added to the Princess vessels is prepared without the use of any animal products, exemplifying the cruise line’s culinary team and their fusion of gourmet creativity and eco-consciousness.

The vegan menus offer an array of starters, salads, soups, pastas and main dishes, with nightly menus served in the main dining rooms. Passengers can request the new options before their voyages—through the Cruise Personalizer, their travel agent, or the Princess call center—or once onboard.

“Our dedication to delivering unforgettable culinary experiences continues to evolve with current trends, including the desire for more vegan offerings,” Princess Cruises Vice President Sami Kohen said.

“Our new plant-based dinner menus offer our vegan guests an extraordinary culinary journey while providing reassurance and peace of mind with dishes they know meet their lifestyle preferences,” Kohen continued.
