MGM Resorts International has just unveiled some intense happenings it has lined up for the upcoming Formula 1 Heineken Silver Las Vegas Grand Prix weekend, which takes place from November 16-18.
The hospitality giant announced a series of exclusive events, posh parties, VIP experiences and one-of-a-kind activations that are scheduled to be held across its properties on the iconic Las Vegas Strip throughout race week. Participating MGM Resorts properties include the Bellagio, Aria, Cosmopolitan, Park MGM, and its flagship hotel, the MGM Grand.
The company is also going the extra mile by creating an array of the Formula 1 race weekend's most exclusive and thrilling signature viewing locations, including the Bellagio Fountain Club in front of the resort’s famous dancing fountains. And, racetrack adjacent, MGM Resorts will also be hosting high-profile happenings in the luxurious MGM Rewards Suite and the F1 Hospitality Garage at the Pit Building.
The company’s “Full Throttle: Race Week at MGM Resorts” lineup of events and activations promises to offer an exceptional fusion of high-octane racing and world-class entertainment that you won't want to miss.

Here's a sneak peek at some of MGM Resorts’ citywide programming surrounding the highly-anticipated Formula 1 race.
Bellagio
MGM Rewards “Shoey” Bar – Attendees can participate in an iconic F1 podium celebration by indulging in a "Shoey". Grab a limited-edition, MGM-branded genuine driving shoe and fill it with your libation of choice (in a water-proof beverage liner), and raise a triumphant toast, just like your racing heroes do up on the podium.
Ferrari Pop-up Boutique – From November 13-20, visitors can dive into the exclusive Ferrari fashion collection at a mesmerizing pop-up shop that embodies the excitement of the racing world, paired with the pinnacle of luxurious styles for men and women.
Hundred Acre Wine Dinner – From November 16-18, globally renowned Chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten will prepare a special four-course menu, paired with vintages from the acclaimed Hundred Acre winery, at his Prime restaurant.
Bénédicte Hardy Exclusive Cognac Experience at Le Cirque – From November 17-18, celebrated cognac producer Bénédicte Hardy will personally guide guests through exclusive cognac experiences at Le Cirque. Participants will get the chance to interact with her as she presents the full range of Hardy cognacs.
James Kent Takeover at Le Cirque – On November 17, acclaimed chef and Bocuse d'Or USA 2010 winner, James Kent, will curate an exclusive dining experience at Le Cirque. Get ready for an evening of culinary brilliance and exceptional flavors to celebrate the premier race weekend.
Aria Resort & Casino
Alfa Romeo Experience – This special display in Aria's stunning lobby, which celebrates Alfa Romeo’s racing heritage, features the All-New 2024 Alfa Romeo Tonale, the new Giulia and Stelvio, Alfa Romeo F1 Team Stake Show Car, and a selection of racing gear available for purchase.
Jean-Georges x Yamakazi Dinner – Guests with deep pockets can join internationally celebrated Chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten on November 17 for a one-night-only dining experience, featuring a menu of specialty meats, paired with an exclusive tasting experience of whiskies from a private collection, including an ultra-rare Yamazaki 55 Japanese whisky.
Carbone and Louis XIII Dinner – On November 16 only, 40 guests will embark on a culinary journey at Aria's Carbone with an exclusive menu curated by Mario Carbone, and complemented by LOUIS XIII Cognac and cocktails by Rémy Martin. Delight in signature cocktails and a glass of the prestigious Louis XIII Cognac for a night of unparalleled taste and sophistication.
The Cosmopolitan
The Starting Line Up: Opening Night Reception – The Cosmopolitan will kick off race weekend in style at Blue Ribbon with “The Starting Line Up: Opening Night Reception”, a swanky event hosted by Chefs Bruce and Eric Bromberg. Attendees will enjoy an assortment of unlimited caviar, seafood, and Veuve Clicquot while dancing to the beats of a live DJ performance.
Longer Tables Live with José Andrés – On November 17, join celebrity chef and noted humanitarian, José Andrés, as he investigates how food shapes our world. Guests will enjoy an exclusive look behind the scenes, and can even participate in a live recording of his podcast, “Longer Tables”, all while sampling an endless feast of signature Spanish tapas, including paella Valenciana, and a curated selection of small bites, beer and wine.
Aioka Race Weekend at the Boulevard Pool – Celebrity DJ Steve Aoki will transform The Cosmopolitan's Boulevard Pool into an electrifying race extravaganza. From November 16-18, guests will enjoy aerial views of the race, live DJ performances, signature cocktails, culinary presentations and more. Note that guests must become an AIOKA members to attend.
Cocktail Circuit – Embark on special mixology tour, which will take guest to four bars and showcase the artistry of handcrafted cocktails. Sample creative twists on classic cocktail sat Vesper Bar, indulge in Mexican snacks and mezcal at Ghost Donkey, discover The Chandelier's own “secret drink” and savor the final cocktail at Beauty & Essex, along with some small bites selected by Chef Chris Santos.
Helmet Art Display – Six local and regional artists were invited to design custom F1 helmets, giving guests a chance to see how technology and creative artistry merge. Reimagined helmets will be on display throughout race weekend on Level 2 near the Harmon Bridge entrance.
Augmented Reality at The Chandelier – Technological innovation blended with cocktails—a concept that will come to life through augmented reality at The Cosmopolitan. During this unique digital experience, your mobile device can turn a simple drink order into and out-of-this-world. Visit The Chandelier to order a Verbena and see how a picture can be transformed into your personal AR race-infused narrative.
Marquee Nightclub & Dayclub – The Marquee Dayclub Dome will host several pool events over race weekend, which will feature live DJs like Loud Luxury, the Nelk Boys, DJ Martin Garrix, and Justin Credible. Mustard will close out the three-day festivities Sunday night with a performance at Marquee Nightclub.
Park MGM
Mama Rabbit, Presented by Sapphire Reserve – Sapphire Reserve cardmembers can enjoy exclusive drink discounts and earn triple points on food and beverage purchases at Park MGM's Mama Rabbit Mezcal +Tequila Bar during Race Weekend. The venue boasts the largest selection of agave-based spirits in Las Vegas, and live entertainment from November 17-18.
MGM Grand
Morimoto Omakase Dinner – November 16-18, join internationally acclaimed Chef Masaharu Morimoto for an extraordinary Omakase dinner experience in his namesake restaurant at MGM Grand. Guests will enjoy a five-course menu, featuring the finest seafood, beef and globally sourced ingredients, and complemented by custom-curated sake and wine pairings.
Hakkasan Nightclub – The MGM Grand's Hakkasan Nightclub will host a stellar lineup of entertainers, including hip-hop artist Fat Joe, Fisher, and popular DJ/music producer, Steve Aoki.
