Walt Disney World Resort is relaunching its Disney After Hours events on January 10 at Disney’s Hollywood Studios, on January 11 at Magic Kingdom Park and on February 2 at EPCOT.
According to the Disney Parks Blog, lower wait times for attractions and a chance to explore the park in the evening are just two benefits to the Disney After Hours Events, which can be purchased with designated After Hours tickets.
The After Hours events offer a limited number of guests to enjoy the three participating parks after they officially close for the day. Ice cream, popcorn and select beverages are included in the cost of the ticket.
At Hollywood Studios, guests can enjoy After Hours events from 9:30 p.m. to 12:30 a.m. Visitors after-hours can still enjoy the fun interactions with characters from Toy Story Land, Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge and more.
EPCOT and Magic Kingdom Parks’ After Hours begin at 10:00 p.m. and end at 1:00 a.m. Several of the parks’ major attractions will offer opportunities to enjoy them without the long lines, such as Jungle Cruise, the new TRON Lightcycle / Run, or the new Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure.
Additionally, the nighttime fireworks spectacular, “Enchantment,” will be a Disney After Hours exclusive at Magic Kingdom Park.
Booked guests of Walt Disney World Resort hotels, Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Hotels and Shades of Green can purchase Disney After Hours tickets beginning November 7 by calling 407-W-Disney. Tickets will go on sale for the masses online November 14.
