Cruise Planners Unveils New SMS Texting Tools for Travel Advisors

Cruise Planners is taking the lead again when it comes to mobile technology in the franchise travel space by launching their newest tool: an automated SMS texting program that will allow travel advisors to send various marketing communications and travel updates to their customers via text message including:

-Cruise Sheets

-Tour Sheets

-Resort Sheets

-Trip Summaries

-Idea Buckets for trip planning

-Group Proposals

-Group Communications

-Important Reservation Reminders such as Final Payment Due

-Reservation Updates

-Reservation Invoices

This will ensure clients receive updated information as soon as it becomes available and will facilitate a smoother travel experience. Many of the texts are fully automated which means the advisors do not have to remember to send important reminders. Clients will have the ability to subscribe to the SMS program in several ways on their travel advisor's personal website and also via Cruise Planner's corporate website, cruiseplanners.com when opting into e-newsletters.

Each text message includes the advisor's contact information allowing clients who may need additional help to easily contact their agent if they have any further questions. In addition, nearly all text messages are fully customizable by the travel advisor so they can be personalized.
