About Aer Lingus
Aer Lingus is the National Airline of Ireland and operates flights in numerous areas of the globe, including Europe, North America and North Africa. Their head office is situated at the Dublin Airport. Although Aer Lingus is not currently a member of any airline alliance, it has codeshares with Oneworld, Star Alliance, and SkyTeam. Aside from the short- distance flights, Aer Lingus offers 7 different transatlantic routes. Many of these routes originate in Dublin, and travel to Boston, Chicago, Orlando, and New York. There are also two transatlantic flights that leave from Shannon and arrive in Boston and New York. Also, under their codeshare with United Airlines, they offer a transatlantic flight from Madrid to Washington, D.C. All 7 of the Aer Lingus transatlantic flights are nonstop.
